A GROUNDBREAKING INNOVATION IN EDUCATION: FLIPPED CLASSROOMS!!!

Hello my languagetors👀.

Today, I would like to share with you what I experienced in the process of creating a video for a flipped classroom, which was very enjoyable for me. So "What is a flipped classroom?". The flipped classroom is a teaching method where students study at home using videos or reading materials and practice what they learned in the classroom. For language classes, this means students can learn grammar or vocabulary at home and use classroom time for speaking and group activities. This method helps students become active learners, but it can be hard for those who don’t have internet or good study habits.

Let me tell you the process. Our instructor gave us 2 options for our assignment, either we were going to prepare a grammar teaching video or a vocabulary teaching video, of course these videos would be for flipped classrooms. my dear friend Rabia Çimen and I chose vocabulary teaching and we got to work. It was a fun experience, but we also had some problems. Since we stay in a dormitory, recording audio was very hard because there was a lot of noise. We had to wait for quiet times to record. Another problem was the video-making website—it worked very slowly, which made the process longer. We solved these problems by dividing our tasks. I wrote the script, and my partner did the video editing.

We used Animaker to create our video. It’s an easy tool with many options for making animations and videos. However, it can be slow if the internet connection is not strong, which caused some delays. You can explore Animaker at www.animaker.com.

Even though we had challenges, we learned how to work as a team and solve problems together!!!💪

My dear languagetos👀, I am adding the link of our video below for you. Don't forget to watch it and write your valuable opinions below. .

See you my languagetors!!!👀
